CANCELLATION:
i. We only accept cancellations within 24 hours of the order being received. Furthermore, only those orders can be canceled which are not ready or packaged for shipping. You can cancel your order online by using our website. If your order is eligible for cancellation, a cancel button will be available, click this button to cancel your order.
ii. You may note that any gift items given with any item/s are not eligible for a warranty, cancellation, return, or refund.
iii. In order to be completely sure, you are required to open the packaging only in the presence of our staff/representative and in case item/s is found damaged/faulty, you can inform them or contact us. Un-boxing of item/s in the absence of our staff/ representative will result in rejection of claims for damaged item/s.
iv. All the parts in a package like charger, USB cable and all other parts returned must be in the original packaging with all original items such as manuals, cables, etc. accompanying the merchandise. You are requested to pack your item securely in a proper packaging material to ensure the item/s is well protected.
v. You agree to assist and cooperate to return the Product with all its accessories, freebies, original packing materials and such declaration duly signed by you as may be suggested by us/our representative.
vi. In case a damaged or faulty product is received and observed by you later, you are required to inform us about the same within 24 hours after the order has been delivered to you.
vii. The item/s must be returned back to the store. We do not accept returns of item/s picked up or purchased from our store.
viii. Replacement will be subject to the result of a due investigation conducted through us or our logistics partners (if any).
ix. You must present the original invoice at the time of return/replacement.
x. Shipping charges from your original order will not be refunded unless the return is due to our error (defective item/damaged) and intimated to us well in advance.
